Monthly Price Structure
The monthly fee for Century Assisted Living is calculated by combining the accommodation fee with the level of care fee. Century Assisted Living is a private pay facility and fees are due the 1s of each month. Century Assisted Living does not send out monthly statements.
Accommodation Fee
The includes all meals, snacks, laundry, housekeeping services, medication management, 24-hour staff, licensed nursing care, call system, cable television, activities, individual thermostats, private rooms, and all utilities except telephone service.
Studio Apartment: $4,000
1 Bedroom Apartment: $4,500
Level of Care fee
The level of care fee is determined after an assessment is done by a nurse prior to the resident moving in. Assessments are done prior to moving in, quarterly, and as needed. If a resident’s level of care changes at any of these times, the level of care fee changes accordingly.
Level 1 ($700): The resident can complete his/her own personal care and basically needs safety of a secured environment and can ambulate without staff assistance.
Level 2 ($900): The resident needs minimum assistance and/or frequent reminders with personal care. They are cooperative with staff and continent of bowel/bladder.
Level 3 ($1100): The resident needs moderate assistance and/or frequent reminders with personal care. They are cooperative with staff and continent of bowel/bladder.
Level 4 ($1300): The resident needs maximum assistance with their personal care; they may also require standby or one person assistance with transfers. They may be cooperative at times with staff. They may be incontinent or bowel/bladder at this level.
Level 5 ($1500): Hospice services are necessary at this level.
